These terms apply to your use of queenautoregistration.com and to the registration services you ask Queen Insurance Services (“we,” “us”) to provide. By using this site or our services, you agree to them.
Who we are
Queen Insurance Services is a private, DMV-licensed vehicle registration service (License No. 87204) at 801 S Gaffey St, San Pedro, CA 90731. We are not the California DMV, we are not a government agency, and we are not affiliated with the DMV. The services we offer are also available directly from the DMV at dmv.ca.gov at no additional fee.
Our fees
Each transaction has two parts: the state DMV fees, which are set by California, and our own service fee. Our service fee is separate from, and in addition to, the state DMV fees. We tell you the amount of both before we process anything, and you decide whether to go ahead. Sending a question through our website does not start a transaction or create any charge.
No guarantee of DMV results or timing
The California DMV makes all decisions about registrations, titles, plates and stickers. We cannot guarantee that the DMV will approve a transaction, how long the DMV will take, or when anything the DMV issues will arrive. DMV rules and requirements can change at any time.
Your information and documents
You are responsible for giving us accurate information and valid documents. Missing or incorrect information can delay or prevent a transaction.

The information on this site is general and is not legal advice. Requirements can vary by vehicle and situation, so please call us to confirm what applies to you. Links to other websites, such as dmv.ca.gov, are provided for your convenience, and we are not responsible for their content.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for delays, decisions or errors by the DMV or other third parties, or for indirect or consequential losses. If we are found responsible for a problem with a transaction we handled, our total liability is limited to the service fee you paid us for that transaction. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under California law that cannot be limited by agreement.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top.
