This policy explains what information Queen Insurance Services (“we,” “us”) collects through queenautoregistration.com and what we do with it. We are a private, DMV-licensed vehicle registration service (License No. 87204). We are not the California DMV and we are not affiliated with it.

Information we collect

When you send us a question with the inquiry form on this site, we receive:

  • Your name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address, if you choose to give it
  • The service you pick from the list
  • Your message

Please do not put your driver license number, Social Security number or other sensitive details in the form. We will ask for what we need when you call or visit.

Like most websites, our site host may record basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. We also use a Google advertising tag to measure whether our ads lead to visits and inquiries. Google may use cookies for this. You can manage how Google uses ad data at myadcenter.google.com.

How we use it

We use the information you send us to call or email you back about your request, tell you what documents to bring, and quote our service fee. We do not use it to send you unrelated marketing.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not give the information from our inquiry form to anyone for their own marketing.

Who else sees it

We share information only with the service providers that help us run this site and deliver your message to us (such as our website host and form delivery service), with Google for ad measurement as described above, or when the law requires it. If you decide to go ahead with a registration transaction, the details needed for that transaction are provided to the California DMV to complete it.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry messages for as long as we need them to help you and keep reasonable business records, and then we delete them.

Your California privacy rights

If you live in California, you can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will not treat you differently for making a request. To make a request, call us or stop by the office using the contact details below.
